The Decision of Handan Municipal People's Government on Repealing the Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Requirements for Seismic Fortification of Construction Project, which was adopted on the 4th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on June 22, 2017, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

關于廢止《邯鄲市建設工程抗震設防要求管理辦法》的決定

Decision of Handan Municipal People's Government on Repealing the Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Requirements for Seismic Fortification of Construction Project

為進一步推進簡政放權，轉變政府職能，根據(jù)《國務院關于印發(fā)清理規(guī)范投資項目報建審批事項實施方案的通知》（國發(fā)〔2016〕29號）等文件有關要求，市政府決定：

廢止《邯鄲市建設工程抗震設防要求管理辦法》（2008年6月6日邯鄲市人民政府第7次常務會議通過，2008年8月10日邯鄲市人民政府令第127號公布）。

In order to further streamline administration procedures and transform government functions, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Implementing Plan on Cleaning up and Standardizing the Examination and Approval Items for Submitting Investment Projects for Construction Approval” (GuoFa[2016]No.29), the Municipal government decides:

to repeal the “Measures of Handan Municipality on the Administration of Requirements for Seismic Fortification of Construction Project” (Adopted at the 7th executive meeting of Handan Municipal People’s Government on June 6, 2008; Promulgated by the order No.127 of Handan Municipal People’s Government on August 10, 2008).
